Our 2nd graders had a special Mystery Reader yesterday. The book "Rose and a Cat Named Purrrl" was read by author and illustrator, Finley Krause. Finley dedicated her book to Mrs. Jinkens, who helped her learn to write stories in 2nd grade.

More Than a Game: Okeene Stands with #24 The Okeene community proudly came together to support Dover’s #24, Randy Vitales. Our players, students, and fans wore Dover shirts and generous members of our community donated to show that some things are bigger than sports. A heartfelt thank you to the following donors for making this possible:     •   A Athletics     •   Golden Co     •   Krause & Assoc     •   Rocky & Lisa Schmidt     •   Whippet Boosters     •   Krause Construction     •   Okeene Milling     •   Heather Boeckman Accounting We are especially happy that a percentage of the shirt sales went directly to Randy to support him during his recovery. In moments like these, we’re reminded that while we may be competitors on the court, we are always one team when it matters most. #DoverStrong #MoreThanAGame #WhippetWay
