The 6th grade class officers at the Elementary and High School STUCO are hosting a Food Drive! Students need to put non perishable items in either the OU or OSU box to earn points for that team. Each item counts as a point!! Donations go to the Okeene Food Pantry. Winning team gets their fight song played during announcements and bragging rights for the year!

Snow Cone Melt-Down Challenge Champions!
Congratulations to our 7th graders for winning the Q1 Snow Cone Melt-Down Challenge! They earned an incredible 643 AR points, beating the 8th grade by just 6 points!
We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and determination—they read right up until the very last minute! Keep up the amazing work, readers!

JH cross country's final meet was at the Chickasha All-Star meet. They competed against over 150 runners, with two of our athletes earning medals. All of our runners ran well, and we are proud of how they represented Okeene.

📚Bedlam Reading Challenge📚

Second grade held a friendly reading competition today. Our classroom may be divided, but we all enjoyed reading🤓
Students read AR books and took comprehension tests for either Team Orange or Team Crimson to earn points for their team.

The final score was….
📙Team Orange 9.9
📕Team Crimson 15.7

Bragging rights in the classroom went to the winning team! ❤️🧡
