Several Whippets competed in the 8-Man State Powerlifting Meet at Shawnee. Our athletes showcased their abilities in deadlift, bench, and squat.

Our 2nd graders had a special Mystery Reader yesterday. The book "Rose and a Cat Named Purrrl" was read by author and illustrator, Finley Krause. Finley dedicated her book to Mrs. Jinkens, who helped her learn to write stories in 2nd grade.
Okeene Public Schools feel it is very important that everyone is aware of our AEDs on site at our facilities. AEDs can be vital in an emergency, so please utilize them should a need ever arise. 🩵
