Our 3rd grade students learned how to create 3D print images this week at the Stem Lab! Many students are now working on 3D print snowflake designs for a contest. Those who met their 2nd 9 weeks reading goal had the opportunity to practice coding Finch Robots at the Stem Lab also. They had a lot of fun! Thanks to Mrs. Hutchison for helping our students learn and experiment!

Our Junior High Whippets and Lady Whippets won the Consolation Championships in the Sharon-Mutual Tournament yesterday!


Our Okeene Speechies competed at the Alva tournament today and had 3 medalists. Sydney Biggs placed 2nd in Monologue, Wyatt Graham placed 3rd in Poetry, and Olivia Schieber placed 3rd in FEX.

Our 7th and 8th grade students soared to new heights in The Hindenburg contest, competing to earn the most points on their scorecards! Participants demonstrated their dedication by:
📚 Reading and AR testing on multiple nonfiction books about the Hindenburg
📰 Reading an article and answering questions with the most correct answers
✍️ Writing an informative paragraph teaching readers about the Hindenburg
🏅 The winners earned 3D gold, silver, and bronze mini Hindenburg models for their outstanding efforts!
8th grade-1st place-Miley and Logan, 2nd place-Baylea and Maddie, 3rd place-Donna and Hailey, 4th place-Camila and Logan
