The FFA kids got a little greasy hands-on learning today; they learned the importance of checking wheel bearings and making sure your trailer is in good shape to go down the road.

Mrs. Bisel's lesson in the 4th grade for December was a service learning project. Each student spent time writing a letter about themselves to a Veteran, and included it with a Christmas card. All of the cards/letters will be sent to the Veteran's home in Norman to be distributed before Christmas.

Sunday Spotlight is on Caden Reames today! He made the OkMEA All-State Honor Band yesterday. That makes him the 18th best clarinet player in the whole STATE of Oklahoma. What's impressive is he had to beat out students from large 6A-3A schools because there are no others lower than that representing their schools. It made him the only kid from northwest Oklahoma's Red Carpet region to make the band. What an impressive Whippet we have in Caden! Congratulations! 🎶👏
